CTO and founder of this software consultancy company in Barcelona. Here I led a team of 8 developers (6 juniors & 2 leads) and learned how to make them productive and happy. This experience has given me insight into the various ways companies operate, from management to technology.

Our tech stack of choice for new projects is Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Supabase, Stripe for payments and Sanity when content was a priority. For existing clients, I've collaborated with teams using PHP, Java, and Angular. We use Linear for project management whenever possible.

Even when I was a CTO, I have always been involved in coding. I typically worked on the more difficult parts of the project, while also providing opportunities for my team members to learn.

I worked on every detail of a full stack B2B startup, from making backend architecture decisions to creating a component library for the team. I learned how to be a good leader and help my teammates in all possible ways.

Technology-wise, we used Java for the backend and React.js for the frontend. I worked on both sides, building things such as a real-time sync engine using Elasticsearch and web-sockets or a component library that implemented the company's Figma design system.

This was my first job was as a junior front-end developer. I developed my skills and eventually became the team lead of the back-end team.

I gave classes of full stack development in this bootcamp created by Nuclio Digital School. This helped me refine my understanding of different technologies and improve my communication skills for both tech and non-tech people.
